This project is a serious game - meaning it's a type of training that uses gaming aspects to make it more fun and engaging for learners. The target audience is managers who are touching up on their guest recovery with their customers. Learners will use a dynamic dialogue system that allows them to choose their response to customers' concerns. The voices of the managers (one male and one female) will provide tone to the text, ranging from frustrated to formal.
