Script Details

• Introducing what may be the most important advance in paint and cleaning rags ever…

• No one knows the various challenges in supplying paint rags better than us. We’re Intex, and we provide over 90% of all paint and cleaning rags currently sold in the United States retail marketplace

• With such large market presence, we understand what professional painters and DIY consumers need for paint, staining and clean-up projects.

• We call our innovative advance Precision-Fiber Cloth Rags, or PFC for short.

• For decades, paint and cleaning rags have come from two main sources…new waste fabric from t-shirt mills or recycled clothing.

• Precision-Fiber Cloth Paint & Cleaning Rags are manufactured to exact specs from natural fiber mechanically entangled with super-strong polymers. The base fabric is transformed through a unique, patent pending process into the perfect rag with superior cloth-like features… absorbency, softness, strength and durability.

• The greatest challenge with rags made from textile waste is consistency. These rags contain an unpredictable mix of fabric types, sizes, and shapes, and many are not very absorbent due to chemicals used in their manufacture.

• Better than rags made from textile seconds and old clothing, PFC rags have unmatched performance features including fast absorbency, large size and shape, solvent resistance and low lint. No risk of inconsistency with PFC rags! Every piece is the same from pack to pack.

• With most textile factories in the world now located in foreign countries, additional problems frequently impact the rag supply in the United States. Things like socio-economic instability, rising ocean freight, high energy costs and decreasing raw material supplies.

• Until now, rags are sold by weight, not count. When you buy rags by weight, you’re never sure how many pieces you’re getting or how long a package will last.
