Place your legs straight and apart, jump as hard as you can bringing your knees to your chest, get back to standing, and go again, like so...do that for 3 sets, 30 seconds each. this is the “water knee tuck”
This next one still in the deep end, keep both legs straight and close together and jump from side to side like youre jumping over a big piggy bank trying not to break it. Keep your legs close together and bring them up to your chest, as high as you can . Do that for 3 sets, 30 seconds each, this is the “try not to break it jump”
For our third exercise heidi will be using the shallow end,
Place one leg in front and the other stretched to the back, basically a lunge position, making two 90 degree angles with your legs, now jump and switch sides, again.. Do that for 3 sets, 30 seconds each. Pool jumping lunges. That’s it.
Now there’s this cheesy saying, something like …. work hard, play harder. its nice but... pool-play the hardest.
