The ActiveScale P100 system is designed to be integrated into your rack mounting solution, and does not come installed in an HGST rack. This video will explain how to unbox the P100 system and install it in a rack.

The ActiveScale P100 ships on two pallets. Pallet one contains the Mounting Kits, Cables, and accessories (2 boxes), and the six Storage Nodes (6 Boxes).

Pallet two contains the System Nodes (3 Boxes) and the System Interconnects (1 Box). Pallets will be labeled as 1 of 2 and 2 of 2.

Before unpacking, be sure to inspect the boxes for any of these issues:

Crushed Corners, which may indicate that a package has been dropped.
Split Seams, often caused by excessive shearing forces being placed on the container.
Punctures due to a sharp object striking the package.
And finally, Water Damage, which may indicate that the package has come into contact with a water source or has been stored in an overly humid environment.

Once the inspection is done and you are satisfied that the package doesn’t have any damage, you are ready to start unpacking.
Please note that you should only use the script or your recording of it for auditioning purposes. The script is property, unless otherwise specified, of the voice seeker and it is protected by international copyright laws.
