The voice over will be used at the beginning of the video to help viewers understand how to implement the sales training examples they will see.

Step 2 - Listen and probe to understand the objection Listen carefully to the customer's concern. Ask questions to clarify the objection. Do not interrupt, even if you have heard this objection 100 times before. Let the customer finish. Step 3 - Ask “If I/we/you could ____, would you ____?” Treat the objection as an important customer objective. Restate the objection as a question. This lets you redirect the objection so that it can be handled with the benefits of your solution.
