Project Main Details

Monsanto Educational Animation
We're doing an educational animation for our Monsanto client on Carbon Neutral and how it's a balancing act. This VO will be used underneath some animating items on a scale and balancing out.

Talent must be able to record on their own equipment. No studio will be paid for/provided for you. Must also be able to accommodate a supervised session.

Looking for a male voice to narrate a 30-45 second consumer-focused educational video for an agricultural company. The video uses props reminiscent of a science lab, so the intonation of a teacher showing an experiment to a classroom is appropriate. Thoughtful, articulate, educated voice of a distinguished gentleman in his 60s. Think of that passionate high school science teacher that has been an icon at the school forever – charmingly old school but still engaging to his students.

Script Details

In many ways, farming contributes to greenhouse gases.

For instance, tractors use fuel.

Irrigation requires power, too.

When certain fertilizers break down, they become greenhouse gases. And, plowing releases carbon that the soil otherwise holds onto.

Fortunately, farmers are growing crops, which – like trees – actually breathe in carbon from the atmosphere.

Highly productive crops breathe in even greater amounts.

Improved seeds require less plowing to control weeds and planting cover crops in-between growing seasons helps, too. Keeping soil intact.
Please note that you should only use the script or your recording of it for auditioning purposes. The script is property, unless otherwise specified, of the voice seeker and it is protected by international copyright laws.
