This is a single use video will be used at an internal company sales meeting. The tone is informative and motivational. This is a Northeast company so its acceptable if there is a slight Northeastern sound to your voice.
We're seeking talent that can comfortable break up longer than typical sentences and have enough range in tone to keep topics and bulleted copy feel like separate communication points. As with most informative videos, nice energy and fairly swift pacing will keep the audience awake :)

Innovation…it’s fascinating to watch; sometimes it’s your favorite brand that launches a new beloved treasure; sometimes it’s a competitor proliferating categories and shelf space. It’s unpredictable but in hindsight, the lessons of innovation are always 20/20.

So how do we learn the lessons of innovation from the rearview mirror to make our approach better moving forward?
Specifically:

- How do we better manage our innovation pipeline
- How do we guide our marketing effort behind innovation based on priorities
- How do we use innovation to drive incrementality vs. protecting our brands

The answer to all 3 questions is to move away from a total risk management approach to stage gating innovation and focusing on the need to create new spaces and drive reward maximization.
