This is a script for real estate company listing video. Our goal is to represent the property the best way possible. We specialize in agricultural land, and recreational/hunting land. That means that its rural real estate and not residential. I would like to sound like a business person, but maybe have a little bit of a rougher feel similar to a long time, hardworking farmer. Just imagine you are selling this property to younger people, but most sellers are older. That is why I picked middle aged male, and not old or young.

VO: Just North of Princeton, Missouri these 294 acres of whitetail heaven are sure to impress.
