This video is a step by step guide to changing the Set Point of a Limeco EZ Nitrogen Loading System. It is recommended to have the set and reset points from Step 1 determined prior to changing any settings in the electronics.

For our example today, we will be changing the Limeco EZ system from 125 PSI to 135 PSI.
In a hazardous environment the cover of the controller must remain in place. Programming of the controller can be done through the glass using the infrared buttons or IR Buttons on the top and bottom of the display. The IR buttons are disabled at the factory so if you would like to activate them please contact Liquid Meter Company. For non-hazardous areas you can begin by removing the cover on the blue controller.
Once the cover is removed you will use the gray push buttons on the right hand side of the controller to navigate through menus. At any point the user is unsure of the settings or would like to start the process over, press the Menu button and it will return to the main display. Be advised this will restart the program and any changes will not be saved.

With the controller showing the current system pressure, begin by pressing “F1” one time changing the display to “rELAY”.
Continue by pressing “F3” five times until the controller displays a six digit number with “Set 1” under it.
Use “F1” to select the digit and “F2” to change the value of the digit. In our example for Relay 1, Set 1 we changed 120 PSI to 130 PSI.
Once the desired numbers are entered for Relay 1 Set 1, press “F3” twice until the screen displays a new six digit number with “rST 1” under it.

Continue to use “F1” to select the digit and “F2” to change the value of the digit. In our example for Relay 1, Reset 1 we changed 124 PSI to 134 PSI.
For relay 2, press “F3” five times until the screen displays the next six digit number with “Set 2” under it.

Continue to use “F1” to select the digit and “F2” to change the value of the digit. In our example for Relay 2, Set 2 we changed 130 PSI to 140 PSI.
Once the new numbers are entered for Set 2, press “F3” twice until the screen displays a new six digit number with “rST 2” under it.

Continue to use “F1” to select the digit and “F2” to change the value of the digit. In our example for Relay 2, Reset 2 we changed 126 PSI to 136 PSI.

For relay 3, press “F3” five times until the screen displays the next six digit number with “Set 3” under it.

Use “F1” to select the digit and “F2” to change the value of the digit. In our example for Relay 3, Set 3 we changed 118 PSI to 128 PSI.
Once the new numbers are entered for Set 3, press “F3” twice until the screen displays a new six digit number with “rST 3” under it.

Continue to use “F1” to select the digit and “F2” to change the value of the digit. In our example for Relay 3, Reset 3 we changed 118.1 PSI to 128.1PSI.

For the fourth and final relay, press “F3” five times until the screen displays the next six digit number with “Set 4” under it.

Use “F1” to select the digit and “F2” to change the value of the digit. In our example for Relay 4, Set 4 we changed 132 PSI to 142 PSI.
Once the new numbers are entered for Set 4, press “F3” twice until the screen displays a new six digit number with “rST 4” under it.

Continue to use “F1” to select the digit and “F2” to change the value of the digit. In our example for Relay 4, Reset 4 we changed 131.9 PSI to 141.9 PSI.
To complete the set point change process press the “F3” button one time causing the display to change to “FAilSF”, then press “Menu” to return to normal operation. If these final steps do not happen then the set point information will not be saved in the controller.
