Buyout voice-over for 3D "Mechanism Of Action" animation video that explains how a new immunotherapy works to target and kill cancer cells. This animation hopes to break the mold of most dull, boring and high brow biotech and science videos. It begins by using Game Of Thrones and battle as a metaphor for fighting cancer. Then it eases into a bit less dramatic but nontheless engaging explanation of the science beginning in Paragraph 2. Looking for a dramatic voice, as if this were a promo for Game Of Thrones or similarly dramatic approach (not fake or too over the top please - but definitely dramatic and great storytelling!). Announcer VO: If you've watched “Game of Thrones”, or anything related to battle, you know the most effective tactic is to find the enemy and get inside their gates without causing harm to those you’re pledged to protect. The latest war on cancer follows much the same strategy. Train a patient’s immune system to target and kill cancer without harming healthy cells.

Now, Kymax is leading the charge with VAC69 CAR-T therapy, a revolutionary treatment that targets and safely kills multiple myeloma and ovarian cancers.

It’s done through a process known as CAR-T, shorthand for Chimeric Antigen Receptor T cell therapy. It works by removing a patients’ immune cells, training them to identify cancer, with the VAC69 receptor and returns returning them back to the patient. Then tThis army of re-trained T-cells can seek out and attack cancer and will remain in the body long-term resulting in the promise of extended remission and outright destruction of the cancer.
