This project is intended to teach parents about how sugary juices can be and teaching them alternate drinks for their kids.

But The American Academy of Pediatrics now recommends parents choose fruit
over juice whenever possible. give no juice to children under 1 and no more than 4 ounces a day to 1 to 3 year olds and only 4-6 ounces for 4-6 year olds.
In short, fruit is better to eat than to drink because you get all the
fiber and nutrition, and less of the concentrated sugar.
