IT Service Platform Explainer Video 
Samange is an easy-to-use, intuitive service-desk software that makes it easy for IT (and other service departments) to track assets and service tickets in order to offer incredible customer service to the rest of the organization. This video will be speaking to IT technicians and administrators at mid-level companies (200-2,000 employees).

Tone: Professional, inspirational, maybe a hint of quirky humor (check out some clips from The IT Crowd for some inspiration). We’re speaking to IT so some nerdy/quirky humor is appropriate, but over the next year Samanage will be marketing to more enterprise level companies, so we want to keep it somewhat buttoned-up as well. We want to focus on tone/emotional quality and a soft sell rather than a hard sell with this one.
