Hospital Staff Dos and Do Nots ZD1692932
We are casting 3 female voices and 1 male voice for instructional videos for use in hospitals. The video depicts a negative scenario, where the staff is rude and unpleasant, followed by a positive scenario where the staff is warm and welcoming. Both sides of the scenario will be voiced by the same person so feel free to be dramatic in the negative scenario so we can hear the change during the positive scenario. Lastly, there is the part of the patient which should be read with a little less confidence than the staff member. Please read all parts as both men and women are being considered for all roles. The scripts are not final but there will likely be around 10 scenarios that vary in length. These videos are animated and will live on the web, in perpetuity. They will also be used internally. Custom demos only. Phone patch must be available.

Staff (negative): Good morning Ms. Uh…anyway, what brings you in today? I see here in the notes that you have been having a cough for “a while.” It is probably just a virus. We have seen a ton of that lately. Why don’t you check back in with me in a week if it is not better.
Staff (positive): Good Morning, I see that this is your first visit to our clinic. Mrs. Jones, it is nice to meet you, my name is Dr. Smith. I have been delivering care at this clinic for the last 10 years. I have reviewed your medical history and Shelby’s notes regarding your chronic cough and your vital signs. I really appreciate having Shelby on my Care Team. I know everything is going to go smoothly when I work with her.
Patient thoughts: Dr. Smith and Shelby make a good team. They work together to care for me. He knows my history and cares about what I have to say. He answered all of my questions and we agreed on the plan for my next steps. What a refreshing experience. I love that I am included and allowed to have input in my care. I am so relieved that we will work together to figure this out.
