We see Christine from behind sitting at a kitchen counter (island) with a small breakfast in front of her. In addition to eating breakfast she is also opening up a large envelope, marked “FRAGILE” from which she pulls out a box that has been crushed on one side. She rattles the box next to her ear and shakes her head.
Christine picks up her smart phone as she engages tech support to solve this issue. We see in the background a small pot of coffee that is just starting to brew.
We transition to full screen of Christine’s smart phone as she contacts Customer Support.

Christine: Oh, hello. Yes, the box it came in is crushed and I can hear broken pieces rattling around inside.
Support Agent: I see. Let’s have you send over a photo.

The Support Agent prompts Christine to takes a photo then receives and opens it
Support Agent: Wow. I can’t imagine it’s still intact. We’ll send a new one out right away.
Christine: That’s excellent. Thank you!
Transition back to the original camera angle. Christine stands, pockets her phone, then pours herself the freshly brewed cup of coffee and exits frame.
