Project Main Details

Educational video
We are looking for someone to narrate an educational video about the nutrition facts label. The target audience for this program is high school and college students. The delivery should be friendly and conversational, positive and encouraging.

The total run time of the completed educational video is estimated to be approximately 35 minutes long. Narration will not be continuous. Multiple interviews, music etc. will be woven into the piece.

Please only submit an audition if you have access to an ISDN line! The narration will be recorded and edited by the production company producing the educational video. Custom auditions may be submitted via email to the Voice 123 site.

The budget for this project is $300 including re-takes. The goal is not to do re-cuts. In an effort to avoid re-takes we often do multiple takes during the original recording session. On average this requires about 2 hours of the narrator's time in the studio.

If you would like to audition, please do so using the attached script.

Thank you for your time!

Script Details

When you go grocery shopping, chances are you look at the nutrition label for information. How many calories are there? What’s the fat content? How about protein or fiber?
Statistics show that 77% of adults review this label when making food choices.
In May 2016, the Food and Drug Administration, or FDA, updated the label to reflect the latest scientific information, new nutrition and public health research, more recent dietary recommendations, and public input.
The goal of the redesign is to make labels easier to read so consumers can make better nutritional choices.
Please note that you should only use the script or your recording of it for auditioning purposes. The script is property, unless otherwise specified, of the voice seeker and it is protected by international copyright laws.
