Dream Big! a 40-minute documentary film explores the world’s greatest modern engineering marvels from around the world and showcases inspiring innovators and engineers. A primary aim of the film will be to encourage young students and adults, particularly women and minorities, to embark on careers in engineering and in the sciences. The film will be released in February 2017 to an established network of giant-screen museum-based theatres, situated in renowned museum, cultural, and science centers around the world and committed to community outreach and public education. American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) is supporting the film among 17 other professional organizations are supporting the mission of the film. What we are looking for - 2 energetic teenage boys for voice over. Need males age 15-20 with great personalities to conduct the voice over. NO prior acting experience is needed. Most important is an authentic and noticeable personality, clarity, and SPANISH ACCENT. The voice over is flexible in location and will be for about 1-2 hours of work. Final voice over talent must sign a photo waiver prior to recording. Final recording talent will each be provided a $500 honorarium for the recording session. Ideally, we would like you to record here at our office in Laguna Beach, CA. 1) We embarked with the mindset that we were going mainly as observers. And if we just beat ONE College that would be phenomenal!
2) When we arrived there – I mean, it looked like the carnival had arrived. We had just a raggedy robot – it looked like we just pieced everything together from a junkyard. The other robots were like pieces of underwater jewelry. They were chrome – there was stainless steel – there was manufactured plastics.
