Customer Service Training 
We are creating a eLearning solution for a chain of restaurant that have a large group of new hires that are 18-25. To appeal to them, this training is not your typical training. They want attitude! They want to give instructions on good customer service skills but not in your traditional - see this is the wrong way - see this is the right way.
We will show a video, and you the narrator can roast the person that showed bad customer service, we will show another video where they do better, then a third when they get it all right.
But be sarcastic, be funny. Do one take as written, do the other as off the wall as you want we can edit out any cursing. You can make up another metaphor for the Mariah Carey line.
Setting the scene:
In eLearning you have just seen the video of a cashier ignore a customer at a window and when she did open the window to talk to him, she sounded like he was bothering her - and then you say....

Whoah. That *bleep* was absolutely insane crazy! If I’m at the window, is my money not as good as the people in the drive-thru? What happened to first come-first served? Then, when she does finally grace us with her presence, she’s got more attitude than attitude than Mariah Carey asked to sing live!
