We are looking for a young to middle-aged female with a British accent to voice the narrator portions of a set of Corporate Sales Training modules.

There will be 4 scripts ranging from 433 words (smallest) to 575 (largest) totaling about 2,000 words.

Notice that Tim missed an opportunity to use acknowledgment and reduce defensiveness. He positioned a response without first asking a question to uncover Liz’s concern. And, his response included the word “but,” which can sound argumentative.

Here, Tim again did not use acknowledgment. His response was not tailored to Liz’s concern. And, he used the phrase “as I said,” which can come across as contradictory.

So in this scenario, Tim was not effective in resolving the objection. He did not use acknowledgment to defuse defensiveness. Because he didn’t ask questions to understand the underlying need, his response failed to adequately resolve Liz’s concerns.
