The CoreCoach is a product that wraps around your waist and teaches you to flex your TVA muscle,
Transverse Abdominous Muscle (the most important muscle in your body for back pain and working your core). It only takes 4 minutes/ 4 times a week to help coach your TVA muscle to get back in shape!

Welcome to the CoreCoach. Unlike other abdominal exercise devices, the CoreCoach is designed to coach you with realtime feedback while exercising. It uses the core training principals perfected by trainers, Pilates instructors and physical therapists over the past 25 years but with the power of personal coach and in the comfort of your own home. The results—a rock solid core that will support your body and take the pressure off of your spine.

So whether you run marathons or simply want to live life with less back pain, the CoreCoach is a low-impact, high-strength way to meet your goal.
Like any exercise, the CoreCoach only works when it’s used. So take the 4xCore Challenge.

Use the CoreCoach at least 4 minutes a day, 4 times a week and feel the amazing results of a stable body so you can enjoy the activities you love.
Once you follow the training videos to understand how to use the CoreCoach, you’re on your way to feeling healthier and livelier with less pain.

So, let me tell you a bit about your core. It’s not just here [point to abs]. Your core is your entire mid-section, your body. It is influenced by all the surrounding muscles including the abdominals, glutes, back, hip, neck and legs. The muscles work together to keep you stable, sturdy and upright.

What do I mean by stable? When your body can support itself without pain, when you have good balance, when your muscles are not compensating for other weak muscles, then your body is stable. You’ll know it when you feel it. You will stand straighter and feel sturdy.
