My ultimate goal is to put everything I can into your project to make it the very best it can be.
I've spent the last three plus years in work-shops and formal classes at Voicetrax in Sausalito, CA honing some skills and techniques that make a voice actor a voice ACTOR..! In the last year I've been booking work from radio, television, online, and corporate. - Additional vocal abilitiesI truly believe that the driving force for any VO work is making a strong and intelligent acting choice..... but having a voice to back that up never hurts! I have worked hard to develop a vocal range of tone and attitudes as well as vocal locations (nasal, throaty, heady) to help develop a range of characters from high, light nerd to a deep and dangerous demon. I can also assist with several caricature style accents from the British Isles as well as Russian, Slavic and German. My easiest and most recognizable impersonations are James Earl Jones, Morgan Freeman, and Bernie Sanders but I'm also able to match the prototype and style of many others!
- Experience, training, and equipmentI continue to take a broad variety of VO and acting classes at VoiceTrax in Sausalito, CA. After three years Of classes I took the exciting plunge into the work of Voice Over. I have been a stage performer and singer for 9 years, working mainly in the Marin and San Francisco areas, which has given me a TON of comfort behind the mic both alone and with direction. I have booked recently on television, radio, video games, online content and corporate with the ability to self direct to a finished product, or receive direction via source connect, phone patch, or live session in the bay area.
