In addition to non-regional American and Canadian accents, Dave is able to effortlessly switch into Urban/African-American/Black dialects, Southern and Western dialects, New York/New Jersey accents, and posh and working-class English accents.

In addition to being the go-to voice actor for "explainer videos," Dave is a regular narrator for a physicians' continuing education site, the voice of several children's e-books and interactive apps, as well as the voice of dozens of national, regional and local commercial campaigns. Dave holds a bachelor's degree in Music Composition. Upon leaving college he worked briefly as an on-air talent for a local news show, then moved in to producing and writing for WTTG, the Fox Broadcasting station in Washington D.C. Dave then spent eight years as a writer and producer for the show "America's Most Wanted" before leaving to pursue a career in sound engineering and eventually voice over work. Dave records in an immaculately quiet soundproof booth using Sennheiser MKH416 and Neumann TLM103 microphones. He edits on Steinberg's Cubase and can connect for live sessions via ISDN, Source Connect, Skype or phone patch, and/or deliver files via FTP. In addition to voice over work, Dave is also a talented, award-winning sound designer who regularly provides mixes for television, radio, corporate, gaming, exhibit, and interactive projects. Dave is also a talented singer and composer.
