Comedy, Character, Business, Scientific, Poetry
Basically, I have a rather straightforward and no-nonsense type of voice which is good for technical, scientific, and business presentations. However, I can alter my voice for comic effect. Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects
I have always been fascinated with cartoons. and I think that it would be a lot of fun to voice a cartoon character. I can emulate a British accent since I am a fan of British comedy (particularly Monty Python). Even when I was in the eighth grade, I was doing impressions of then President Ronald Reagan. I can do a German accent, a surfer dude, and I can even belt out songs (from my experience having been in a local rock band). I am also an experienced keyboardist with an affinity for playing synthesizers.
My Voice Experience
So far, the only voice over experience that I have is from attending local poetry readings and from my experience as a keyboardist in a local rock band. I have also worked in radio in the mid-1990's as a board operator and doing some voice-overs for the occasional commercial. Other than that, I have yet to have any long-term experience doing voice-overs for any kind of project.
