My Voice Experience

My background is mainly in improv comedy. I perform a variety of characters and in order to get the audience on your side, inflected a voice is often times incredibly necessary. I love to do impressions of current actors or political figures, etc. A great way to get into or make up a character is to do what I think an impression of them sounds like, and whether or not I hit what they do exactly, a character emerges.

I am one of those people whom others say, "You should really get into voiceover."

In college I hosted a radio show, and wrote and delivered content in the vein of NPR's This American Life. I also created PSAs for the University.

In an ideal world, I would be a cartoon voice, either using my distinct personal voice, or any of the characters I've performed on stage or on film.
