Bord Failte (The Irish Tourist Board), Riverdance, The National Concert Hall, The Irish Revenue Commissioners (IRS), Peugeot Cars, Squeeze soft drinks,The Irish Times, The Irish Independent, and the Irish Examiner newspapers and Bounty Kitchen Rolls. One of the most famous lines on Irish television was when I recorded for Rolo chocolates "Do you love anyone enough to give them your last rolo?" It ran for many years.
I presented a series of 20 game shows for Ulster Television, called "Password". Thirty television Careers programmes for Radio Telifis Eireann, called "Options" and countless radio programmes including a weekly half hour poetry programme.
I started my career aged twelve in a radio play for the BBC. Through my teens I was in repertory theatre at the Lyric Theatre Belfast, sometimes with a new play every two weeks. I won a scholarship to Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London and graduated with a degree status AGSM and several acting prizes in 1974. After four years of continuous work in theatre, radio, film and commercials. I was appointed Radio Drama Producer with the Irish National Station.
