Turn on your camera<\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"eael-feature-list-content\"><ul>\n<li>As little as it would be acceptable to conduct a serious meeting with a paper bag pulled down over your face, it\u2019s rude to have your camera off for a video call. <\/li>\n<li>Be visible. Define who is leading the meeting<\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"eael-feature-list-content\"><ul>\n<li>The organizer is, by default, leading the meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Try and keep the meeting to less than 30 minutes\nand have a clear agenda. (Share the agenda in the chat)<\/li>\n<li>Wave your hand when you want to speak. Don\u2019t just start talking. The meeting is likely to devolve into chaos very quickly - especially during remote meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Don\u2019t interrupt other people when they\u2019re speaking. Time delays can complicate comprehensibility and be very disorientating.\n<\/li>\n<li>Unless the organizer has stated otherwise, don\u2019t leave a meeting before it ends. That\u2019s disrespectful. If you need to go to the bathroom or a doorbell rings, let your team know in the chat why you\u2019ll be away from your camera for a minute or two.<\/li>\n<li>Let people know if you intend recording the meeting.
