My Voice Experience

Unfortunately, I don't have a very long list describing all of my experience. I've worked for 2 different law firms where my voice was used for paging and all voice phone messages. I also do narrations of songs that are sung by the choir of which I am a member. The name of the choir is "The Community Renewal Chorus", located in Chicago. The first law firm I work for was 'Arnstien and Lehr', also in Chicago. I worked there 8 years. I presently work at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, which is the largest in the world. I've been there 13 years, and a lot of people call me "the voice of Skadden". :-) If you call 1-800-477-0701, you will hear my voice to greet you. Right now, that's the only thing I have recorded.

My Training

I took to classes at Columbia College in Chicago, for voice overs. I can't remember the names of the classes, but I had an excellent instructor, who's name I can't remember, and his voice is well known in Chicago. He told me that he hoped I would pursue a future in this field because he thought I was very good. He thought my voice was very unique!

Additional Skills

I've always worked in Jobs where my voice was important. I have excellent telephone skills. At the moment, I'm the main receptionist for Skadden Arps. I also sing first alto in a professional choir. I'm a mother of 3 wonderful daughters and I love them very much.
