I've worked for many radio stations. My most recent job I was a Creative Director over a cluster of 7 stations. I produced all the commercials and radio promos. I also had a huge role in radio imaging. Anywhere from producing sound effects to producing unique music bed. (Yes, I can also produce music).

Shure KSM 27 Microphone, Fostex Monitors, Sony MDR-7506 headphones. Everything is sound proof.

Software includes everything from Adobe Audition to Pro Tools to Garage Band. It does depend on the project.
