My voice is best suited for non-traditional reads, like kids TV shows, video games, and comical characters, but have spent years doing radio spots with a youthful, energetic feel. I also have a number of accents I can emulate, such as New York (cab driver-type), Eastern Indian, Hispanic, and Southern US (hillbilly and southern gent).

My Voice Experience
Having grown up around people one would consider characters, I've had a lot to get my creative side going when it comes to voice overs. Each voice I do has a character behind it that I visualize, and a person who I've known that I emulate.
I started doing voice overs in college for promotional spots and public service announcements, usually incorporating characters of all different types instead of just a straight read. I also recorded a 30 minute radio documentary on anorexia and bulimia, which was nominated for a CBI award for Best Radio Documentary in 2005.
I currently work for a Chicago area radio station, voicing commercials of all kinds. I've been fortunate to also be a part of a stage production-radio broadcast of "It's a Wonderful Life," voicing 5 characters in each of the past two years, some of which were back to back in the script.
North Central College, Naperville, IL: Bachelor of Arts - Broadcast Communications
My Studio Equipment
I have access to a state of the art studio at the radio station where I currently work. It includes Adobe Audition, ElectroVoice and Shure microphones, and Symetrix voice compressors.
Aside from having a wide range of voices that I'm constantly adding to and refining, I'm also quite skilled at script writing, editing, and proper pronunciation. I'm also skilled at editing and producing anything I record within a short amount of time.
