My Voice Experience

I have worked in radio for the past 5 years, garnering experience in recording all sorts of voices for different commercials. Love a challenge in creating new voices and characters. Hard and soft reads, to Lord of the Ring style narrators and buddies chatting over a cold beer. I have done commercials for Mankato Harley Davidson for several years, and often requested for clients of Advertising and Design (Mankato, MN company).

My Training

I started out going to school for broadcasting. Combining my musician background and a love for audio, I love how sounds can evoke emotion and enhance a variety of projects.

Not only have I been recording commercials in the radio business for the past 5 years, but also mixing and creating imaging. I have learned quite a bit working with other voice actors in creating imaging for a radio station.

My Studio Equipment

I use a Sterling ST-77 microphone, going into a MobilePre pre-amp and RNC (Really Nice Compressor), straight into a PC. I use Adobe Audition.
