I haven't had a job, or taken any classes based on voice acting or voice overs. However, I have learned from self-taught experiences over the progress of voice acting. Whenever sending voice acting lines for a project, I usually record repeating the lines various times (3 times minimum). And I also like to get into the habit of keeping in touch with my clients and understanding whether or not I'm giving them the right tone, the right voice, etc. that they need/want.
