Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects
Mexican national accent, teenage girl, middle aged woman and basically any direction I get. I can vary my voice quite a bit!
My Voice Experience
My very first VO job was when I was four years old. It was a one-liner for a San Antonio based grocer called HEB. I had to say "¿y los pollitos?" which literally means, "and the chickens?" It was a sale ad for whole chickens at Easter. Where this is comes to play is that, 39 years later, I am the voice (P&I section) for HEB in Texas...once again! From then until now, I have done vo/voc for everything from chickens to shampoo, from non-profit campaigns to huge corporations. From narrating a story to instructing someone how to properly wash their hands in industrial spots. I have done the bilingual voice of a doll. She spoke and sang in both English and Spanish. I have done it all and am willing to try practically anything!
I used to host two shows when we lived in McAllen, Texas. One was called "Que Bonito McAllen" and the other one was a local cooking show.
I'll list some of the many companies I have done vo/voc work for:
McDonald's (national VOC)
Mazola (national VOC)
Jeepers
Frost Bank
Marriott
HEB
Southway Ford
Furniture Factory Warehouse
Planned Parenthood
Alchemy Systems
United Way (I am the voice of their yearly campaign)
Goodwill
Among many others.
My Training
My training has mainly been experience. I was with an agent and one point and took several classes and attended several workshops.
I am a federally certified translator.
I am the lead singer in a band here in San Antonio called Kopia. We are an 80's cover band! Lots of fun!

Additional Skills
I have always had a "real" job, a 9-5 job not necessarily related to VO work, but it has always been my passion, dream and goal to pursue VO/VOC work full time.
If I am chosen for a job, I can promise that the client will NOT be disappointed. I am very versatile and follow direction well.
I am fluent in both English and Spanish WITHOUT any kind of accent whatsoever in either language.
