My Voice Experience

I've been a customer service professional for over 5 years in a call center environment. My customer survey scores have averaged in the mid 90's (the company's goal is 76%) the entire time and my clients always get off the phone happier and more satisfied than when they called in! My voice varies according to the situation and I am especially capable of being empathetic and understanding, but I can also firm and authoritative when neccessary. Before my current career at this call center, I had always been told that I should be an adult voice entertainer. Now I have supreme confidence that not only can I portray sexy and sweet, I can be professional and commanding as well.

My Training

I interned at K98.1 radio station in high school and did voice over work for contests. I also majored in Communications at the University of Oklahoma from 2001-2003 and have learned a great deal about the critical impact of tone, clarity, speed, enunciation, and other factors of verbal communication.
