Voice Description
My voice? Oh, I'd say it's a fairly avarage voice.... OR IS IT?!?
I'm variable. I can be dramatic and serious, or light and funny, or over-the-top and enthusiastic. In other words, I can sound like anything from a wise old sage to the announcer for Moviephone to a frightened teenager.
I can go deep, although I'm not naturally TOO deep, so I can also pull off younger or more innocent characters. I can narrate for documentaries or have a dialogue with others.

My Voice Experience
*I've been reading books aloud since I was very little, and feel comfortable and have a lot of fun reading things. I'm good at presenting them dramtically or comically.
*When I was a kid, I got together a group of kids my age, and we combined our efforts to make movies; we called ourselves the ZCCA.
*Around the same time, I read a few children's books for a books-on-tape company.
*When I was a young teenager, I got involved with a group that was doing children's plays, and performed in those plays. Among them were "Let's Hear It For The Queen" and "The Mystery of the Time Machine".
*I later did a play with a school group in Peekskill which warns against the dangers of smoking.
*After that, I joined a real acting class, taught by Georgia Kennedy; She taught me how to act realistically in ways I couldn't before.
*I simultaneously took another acting class, taught by Katherine Ruback; she really got me to understand my character's motivations better.
*I auditioned for plays in my local theater group, the Player's Guild of Leonia, and appeared in several plays there: including "Cinderella", "School for Scandal", and "Antigone".
*I am currently taking a course in acting at Bergen Community College, taught by Mary Clifford.
My Training
As stated above, I've taken/am taking acting classes through the years; I've become good not only at voice techniques but also in acting in general.
