My Voice Experience

I have probably been kicked off of more switchboards than the average human being! Many of my employers have told me my voice was too much of a distraction to callers and moved me to different offices within the companies. In the 80's I began work with WCFC television station in Chicago and started doing 30 second spots for select client concert and promotional events. I then became a telethon on air spokesperson and continued doing weekly promo spots for a 30-minute gospel music program called "Saturday Nite Sing". From there I have worked with production companies doing indy voice overs that include Home Insurance that insures Simon malls across America. I Did their "First 3 Minutes". I sing jazz sometimes at local clubs but have not recorded - too much going on for that. A real estate developer I worked for approached me and asked if I would record the voicemail recordings welcome message to their sales centers in FL; Played choir member in gospel play, "Yes God Is Real"; Nominated for most talented female performer by Chicago gospel workshop; Write and do spoken word poetry
