Voice Description

My voice has been crafted by the many diverse and varied people I have been around in my life. I grew up in a Jamaican household, which helps to develop my Carribean voices. I can go deep with the voice for narrations and any smooth kind of delivery. My voice has many different inflections that can lend it to many different projects. I have used this voice as a salesman and worked to develop it on radio during college. I have many different accents down, from Carribean(Jamaican, Trinidadian, Virgin Islander...etc) British accent, Ireland's accent, I can pull a good Spanish accent off, however I am still in development of my fluency of that language.

My Voice Experience

The experience I have with this voice isnt very vast, however I KNOW I have talent in my voice. In college(Barry University) I went for broadcast communication which helped to develop my voice. I worked for the radio station on campus and did many voiceovers for plenty commercials and promotions that were played on the station. I also have done voice overs for professional quality stand-ups that were done for the college tv station news program that was broadcast in closed circuit through the campus. I also became involved in the collegiate team's internet broadcast. I called games for the baseball, soccer, softball, and basketball teams. I was involved in drama in high school and was always encouraged to use my voice to further myself in life.

My Training

I went to college at Barry University for broadcast communication. There were important classes in which you learned to write to go along with the voice you had. I am currently on hiatus from college in order to make some money. However, experience in drama in high school, involvement in radio in college, broadcasting some games for Barry University, and knowledge of media production(Avid knowledge) as well as Journalism experience with being sports editor for the college newspaper(The Buccaneer) should provide me with enough knowledge to be an asset as voiceover talent.

Additional Skills

I have used my voice in sales. I have been a very good closer using the great phone voice I have to describe the product and basically tell them to buy it.
