Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

I work a lot of different character voices. I usually only have to listen to a voice a few times and can work on doing the voice. My current work is Peter Griffin from Family Guy.

My Voice Experience

I currently work for CBS radio here in Detroit. I got the job by walking in and asking to speak with the program director. He said he was not looking to hire anyone. I spoke with him a few times over a period of a month or so and he hired me part time. I was and am still in college while still working there. I started as a board op to a show producer. I produce a few shows for one of the HD stations while voicing and producing commercial spots for the shows. I also fill in at the country station, 99.5 WYCD.

My Training

Still in college working towards a degree in Communication. Early on I was placed into advanced broadcasting and producing classes for my skill level being high.

My Studio Equipment

I have access to the station studio and have a studio at home. I am never far from a studio to use. My studio has a Mackie sound mixer with two RHODE mics. I do my editing on Adobe Audition/Cool Edit.
