My Voice Experience

Since puberty I have had a very deep and commanding voice. In the military I was always chosen to lead cadence due to my distinctive voice. I began recording music (positive rap) in 2003 and was very successful. Because of this I was offered a job as a radio dj where I hosted a weekend show as well as did voiceovers for various businesses. This led to commercial work for different events around the area in which I lived. I've also DJ'd and MC'd at several fashion shows as well.

My Training

Although, I learned a lot from my dad who was a dj, I have always had a clear speaking voice. Professionally, I learned a lot while djing and doing voice overs on the radio. I am an 'indie' artist that writes and 'raps' my own material.

Additional Skills

From my experiences with music and djing (mix cds), I have become well versed with Cool Edit Pro. I currently have my music on myspace and I have a lot of 'fans.' With Cool Edit Pro I am able to remix a lot of music and record my voice over various tracks of music. I can also save what I record as an mp3 file (and email it to various clients) or save it on disk and overnight it to anywhere it needs to be. Currently I work as a Graphics Instructor at Canyon State Academy in Queen Creek, AZ.
