Voice Description

Normally, my voice is a calm well spoken young adult . I can imitate a young infant to an elderly grandfather, usually comically but also serious if necessary. I can perfectly make my voice sound like a sinister maniacal villain as well as a news or radio announcer. Being mostly familiar and comfortable with comedy, my voice can mimic several cultural accents as well as some of my own creation. Roughly I have at least 100 variations I can make to my voice, and discovering more each day.

My Voice Experience

Since a child, I have always been fascinated in the art of talk radio. Particularly prank phone calls, due to their taboo and comical nature. In high school I would call and record people from my grade and bring it to school for everyone to listen to. Since then I have moved on to more extreme measures. Two years ago I convinced CBS News that I was a reporter on the street on a pay phone, and they patched me through to Dan Rather, where he told me to kiss his @$$. I also have over 4 hours of material recorded utilizing over 10 voices.

My Training

I like to study how voices can range by watching a wide variety of animated programs. I follow several of my favorite voice actors careers to see their array of experience. I have been to 3 acting schools and performed in 2 productions. I also have taken an acting improvisation class at William Patterson University and have just graduated receiving a bachelors degree in fine arts. My hopes are to animate and voice act in my own productions but I would love to have a feel for how the field operates.

I have won two awards fro the state for plays I have written and I am also a professional mural painter, illustrator, and web designer. I have participated in college radio, and I've also made several of my own fake voice over commercials and movie trailers, where I play several roles. I am an actor in real life and I love playing and changing my voice in real life situations to get reactions from strangers.
