Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

British English with home counties or Northern accents.

Can produce socio-economic levels ranging from contemporary on the street to highly refined "Upper Class".

Sales experience means I have no problem with product presentation and persuasive soft and hard sell texts.

I have a Masters Degree in Modern Languages, and have lived for at least 2 years in both those countries.

I'm therefore happy delivering scripts in German or French. German accent virtually indistinguishable from a native.

French is a very good accent for a foreigner.

My Voice Experience

I started working with my voice whilst studying modern languages at Oxford University 10 years ago. Acting and public speaking were favourite pastimes.

I voiced a low budget movie in 2001 and developed work from there in live training and recording.

I have a fully equipped home recording outfit with an SE Electronics sound shield and have used it not only for my work, but hired it out to a London produced TV show on account of the exceptional acoustics.

Additional Skills

At various times in my working life I have been a Manager, teacher, on-stage corporate trainer and translator.

I run a sales and telephone coaching business in addition to my Voice work in a portfolio career.
