My Voice Experience

I have a passion for voice work and acting. In my current professional organization I have been asked many times to record the morning greetings for our toll free number. This is a recording that all of our customers will listen to before the are able to speak to a customer service representative. I am frequently asked from my professors to present presentations as my voice is clear and understandable. In previous employment I have done voice over work for their training videos.

My Training

I am currently attending a University with a major in Business and a minor in communication. I have done many musical theater productions in my community, and excelled in theater classes in my high school. I have done many presentations, professionally as well as educationally. I have taken many seminars and workshops in Nevada from professional instructors, as well as retired stage and screen actors. I have studied many forms of voice over works via audio books. I listen carefully to cartoons to see how to create a range of voices. I try myself to create my own unique voice for a character that I am watching.

I am very personable and that can translate through my speech. I have acting abilities and skills and take direction very well in a studio. I am continuously educating myself on bringing facial expressions through my voice. I am on time and if the audition requires, can come with many different voices for each character. I have the ability to understand a character, and "become the character". I am natural and don't try too hard. I pride myself on being creative and unique, and have fun in what I do. I have a thick skin and appreciate all feedback good and bad. Everything can be a learning experience. I am new to the business, therefore not stuck "in old ways". I have a passion for voice over work, and am willing to work hard to achieve my goals.
