My Voice Experience

I have spent the majority of my professional career selling products and services and providing customer service over the telephone. I have used my voice talents to calm irate customers, smooth ruffled feathers and convince those same consumers that they need the items that I am offering. I have also done voice mail greetings as well as public service announcements

My Training

I have received my BA in Communications from Michigan State University. My primary focus was on Advertising. I took classes in communications, advertising, journalism & creative writing just to name a few.
