Good Day:

I'm a voice artist with a clear, neutral, versatile North American voice, greatly enhanced by my broadcast and acting training. Most recently, I narrated the 60,000 word novel, "Skwiza" by noted author, Gail Mathabane, a challenging task wherein I portray some forty different characters.

Additionally, I have strong dialect/accent ability as you will hear in my demo, and I've hosted internet talk shows, voiced website intros, trained call board newbs, and voiced dramatic portrayals.

I record on Adobe Audition 3 with Sennheiser and Shure audio equipment, offering clients 1-2 rounds of revision, with final sound delivered on a high quality mp3 or wav file. I strive for one day turnaround with 24 hours notice.

I guess my VO career started at 10 when I ran around my family house with a tape recorder creating news casts and fake commercials with the dogs and little sister providing effects.

The paying work started at 20 and has been continuing since. I've over 20 years of experience doing VO work. My favorite jobs are museum exhibits, characterizations and commercial work. I've also done a number of industrial applications such as corporate presentations and animations.

My other life is spent as a writer and producer for a multimedia company in Houston, which gives me an additional interpretive edge for my VO projects.

I charge $250 per studio hour for my work, but my rates are negotiable. I have a home studio and also work with a professional studio here in town.
