Voice Description
I would describe my voice as deep, relaxed and distinctly African American. I can either speak rather fast, or slow things down which would give it a smooth texture.

My Voice Experience
I am currently an occasional reader for the Western New York Radio Reading Service, where we specialize in reading for the blind, and seeing impared. Prior to this, I worked in local radio just over five years for WUFO Radio here in Buffalo, N.Y., which is a gospel/talk/jazz staton. I also have experience reporting news, and co-hosting a local video show.
My Training
My early training was primarily from college. I have a B.A. Degree in Broadcasting from Buffalo State College (1992), and as I mentioned previously worked for WUFO Radio (1993-99). Later, I worked Public Access Television (Video Playback), and Network Television (Master Control). Recently I completed my M.S. in Student Personnel Administration from Buffalo State College (Dec. 2005), became a Certifird Recording Engineer (Jan., 2004-July, 2005)Select Sound Recording Studio, and currently i've been both studying and playing Piano since 2003. This is in addition to being a DJ since the age of Thirteen, and a Drummer since age Six.
My Studio Equipment
Some of the pieces of equipment that I have are the ibook(MAC) computer, Pro Tools Software, Reason software, an Audio Technica Microphone, and a Serrato Scratch DJ program.
Additional Skills
In addition to working my voice, I believe that I could also produce music for someone's commercial(s) someday. With HIP HOP being so dominant in manistream media today, it would not be much trouble at all for me to create a musical bed since I have a DJ'ing. and beat making backgroung. As a studying musician, Producer, and aspiring Engineer, the ability to branch out into other forms of music such as Jazz or R&B is definitely within my capability.
