I have a higher, tenor I voice with good musical pitch recognition. My voice is smooth and professional with a great deal of inflection. I have taken several years of French language instruction, and live in an area with many Spanish speakers, but do not consider myself fluent. People often say they cannot tell where I am from. I am a chameleon with accents, speaking exactly like the people whereever I am. I can do the difference between Bronx, Brooklyn or Long Island. I can do the difference between Texas, Louisiana, or Alabama. I can do the difference between Australia, Scotland, Ireland, and England. I am capable of doing smooth, BBC newscaster "Queen's" English, or a more countryside English accent.

My Voice Experience

I have been an on-air disc jockey for a smooth jazz radio station (KGOU in Norman, OK). I have done my own commercials for my own business in Northwest Arkansas (Footprints and More through KFSM TV5). In addition, I am a regular singer at church functions. I have announced over the loudspeaker at music events and games at football stadiums.

My Training

I have a journalism degree from the University of Oklahoma in Norman. I am an accomplished musician as well, and have also done private mobile disc jockey services at parties.
