My Voice Experience

Everyone is born with a talent, mine is my voice.
It is unique.
I was voted the sexiest Voice in Oxfordshire,the home of the English Accent, in a recent poll on the premier radio station.

For years,people have been telling me to do this and now i am here.
I have only been doing voice work for 12 months after an initial offer from an agent who came into my store and offered me an immediate job and i haven't looked back since!

I have done corporate video and radio commercial voiceovers for A1 productions,radio work and talking newspapers for the blind whos members I am now tutoring to deliver the news in an entertaining, informative way.

My main patrons are KANDR whom I work for but they have encouraged me to widen my scope as one of the founders is from the U.S. and she loves my English voice, and that girl is no push over!

I have worked for Smart productions and Sarah Singer Associates in London, with more work on the way,these are cartoons using accent and corporate(Belkin)productions for sales and training programmes.

My Training

I was, in my college years, nominated to go to RADA on a scholarship but a family tradgedy prevented me.
Later I was a member of a travelling theatre company, [both writing and acting] called 'The Alternatives'where we enjoyed some success and aclaim before we split and went our own ways, mine to get married and have kids n stuff.

Now though I have the space and time to achieve what people have been begging me to do for years,using my talent my voice to achieve for clients where other voices do not go,cannot go.
I am writing a radio play with a collegue for the BBC and am in talks with Max Bear productions(Tom Baker)To voice with him for the next series.

My Studio Equipment

I have all the basic communication equipment for wav and mp3 etc. and if i require more sophisticated tools I go to James Smart who has all the needed tools.

Additional Skills

I have been in managerial work until recently, being a front man for introducing work programmes due to my interpersonnel communication skills and abilities.
Now though,after a life change I work as a Landscape Gardener enjoying the luxury of doing that, which is wonderful and the time to pursue my voiceover career.
I am a great communicator,understanding that the skill of the spoken word is all important. To hold an audience, no matter how large or small
through your voice and the techniques you use is, I guess an adreneline high that you cannot get anywhere else and I excel at this.
