Biography
Born in the Republic of Panama in 1976, Virgilio A. Davis, Jr. bears a rich Latino heritage with a Southeast Texas upbringing. Davis possesses a plethora of personalities and dialects including Texas southern, Jamaican, Hispanic, black and British. Virgilio is formally trained in Classical music and has fine tuned his craft in stage performance, film and television. This talent is vocally capable of filling a room with sound both in speaking and singing voice. In his latest work, he is actively cultivating a career both in front of and behind the scenes as actor and director of stage productions. His greatest asset is his voice which delivers a rich baritone/bass sound worthy of the song ‘Ol Man River yet speaks as cleanly and eloquently as the world’s most renowned orators. Standing at six feet and two inches, packaged in a husky build, Davis brings to the world of entertainment a commanding personality and impeccable stage presence carefully rehearsed for his audiences.
