My Voice Experience

My voice talent has been used in many ways... Radio Announcer, Narration, Book on Tape (CD), Radio & Television Commercials/Promos/PSA's, Documentaries, Presentations, Plays, Intro's, etc...

But what most of my clients come to me for as opposed to other available and worthy voice talents is my creativity. I really get into understanding what my client's project is all about, thus the name of the company... Nitty Gritty Productions, cause I get down to the nitty gritty! I research when necessary just so that I can write the appropriate script, use the appropriate voice to not only captivate the listening audience, but to appeal to whatever emotion or sense the spot calls for.

I'm don't feel successful if I meet my clients' expectations, only if I exceed them!

My Training

I am a Certified Audio Recording Engineer, which increases my ability to be creative. I know what things are possible with audio, so when I write a script I am already aware of how I can manipulate and mix music, sound fx, and my voice to create a theatrical experience in the minds of the listeners!

I use Pro Tools and learned how to use it on my own, but still took classes just to make sure I was maximizing the ability of the software. I am a Producer of Video Productions and I often where many hats such as, Producer, Director, Writer, Audio/Video Editor, Camera Operator, and of course Voice Talent.

My Studio Equipment

Pro Tools 8 with Mbox2, Re20 Electrovoice Microphones, Motif 6, Mackie HR824 Monitors, Mac & PC, and a multitude of various sound effects.
