Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

I dial into many different peronas that I like to reflect on. Depending on the envirmont of the script. I also like to play on the words. For say there is a script that needs to have a professional announcer trying to sell you a chilli onion burger that the customer wants a very defined, prestige sound. I would try to picture who would not make this so humdrum boring and not make the customer flick the channel, but instead play with the imagination. Use a scottish fisherman that refuses to retire and is being forced to stop eating fish and go to beef.

My Training

I am studing under Bruce Bayley Johnson whom I hold very dear. I feel that he is god amongst a world of mice. I have also trained under Cie Peterson, Director of Play on acting in Farmington Ct. She has really amazing techniques that can get you to really dig deep down to pull out the feelings and emotions that require the live in the moment.

My Studio Equipment

I have a home studio in which I use for musical production. I use Cubase sx3 for my software, amd64 live pc, presonus firepod (sound card 16 inputs), Sienhiser, Audix, and Rhode micrphones.
