Voice Description

Very Masculine Scottish Accent, East Coast.Can do a soothing reassuring voice to an aggressive stereotypical. Also fairly good as passing off as an American or London Cockney. Northern and Southern Ireland. Can pretty much get down any English accent with a little practice - Australia, South African, North American etc.
Droll delivery to upbeat delivery without problem. I believe that my ability to adapt to any project and mold my voice to exactly what is required by the client is my strength.
I am very goal orientated, that is, I will do whatever I can in my power to make the project I am involved in a success.
I am pretty thick skinned, so , any criticism of my work, hopefully constructive criticism, I can use to my own benefit and the benefit of the current project.

My Voice Experience

OH! OH! - No Experience ( I believe my enthusiasm and adaptability compensates for this) Used to do poetry readings at High School and University. Robert Burns.
I appeared in a few school and University plays, mostly Shakespeare but did nut pursue a career in acting.

My Training

Just trying to get into this business. It sounds like a fun career. I am currently a Union Electrician in Las Vegas for the past 8 years. I have taught trade classes on numerous occasions (Public Speaking).
I am at the point in my life where a career change is necessary in order to stay motivated. A new focus point unrelated to my current career is exactly what I am looking for. I hope to do this full time eventually.
I have worked all over the world in my trade and been around people from all walks of life with hundreds of different accents. I have been told by a few people that I have a ood voice-If that counts for anything.

My Studio Equipment

Simple PC recording.Total Recorder and Audacity software. Microphone and headphones. This is what I use to create my Demos and auditions. I hope to upgrade equipment when this starts to become a profitable career.
I record at 16Bits, 441000Hz in MP3 and WAV. format. I have no formal training and hope to gain experience as I move along in this career.
