I am able to speak using a southern drawl, Midwest accent. I can sound like a hillbilly or very professional and sophisticated.

My Voice Experience

Numerous individuals have commented out-of-the-blue that I should do voice makeovers; I would be good at it. I have recorded voicemail messages and answering machine greetings for several acquaintances. During my teaching years, I delighted pre-school and kindergarten children during storytelling time, using various voices to sound like different characters in the story. Not an easy task for 15, three to five year olds. I have held various office careers that included answering and helping people over the telephone; required a professional, caring, and empathic voice.

My Training

I've recorded daily devotional messages and bible verses for the elderly. My voice experience has derived through my life experiences. Working with individuals of different ages levels, backgrounds, and educational levels.

I have participated in plays and talentshows. As a mother that raised 3 children, my voice experience has expanded a wide realm of characters, pitches, functions, and depths. From story-time, to imaginary-time, to writing and directing neighborhood, Girl Scout and school plays. My voice has served me well.
